Introducing Barb

For decades, Barb Case has been one of the steady, welcoming voices at Ison Law, LLC. She joined the firm on March 4, 1996, and has been an essential part of daily operations ever since.

As the firm’s Legal Secretary, Barb helps manage the office and supports both attorneys and clients with a wide range of tasks. She often oversees the signing of important documents and ensures that each step of the process is handled with clarity, care, and professionalism.

Barb graduated from The Ohio State University in 1978 with a B.S. in Business, majoring in Marketing. Her background, combined with more than 30 years of customer service experience, gives her a deep understanding of what clients need during moments that matter. Barb brings a thoughtful, steady presence to the firm, helping clients feel comfortable and informed from the moment they reach out.

What Barb enjoys most is hearing from clients that she helped make something easier for them. She also appreciates the genuine connection that comes from working with family. As she puts it, “I love working with my brother and my nephew, there is a lot of laughter while we work.”

Outside the office, Barb enjoys sewing, gardening, and traveling. She and her husband share their home with four pets, two cats named Lilly and Matty, and two dogs, Gracie and Chloe.

A Shetland Sheepdog.

Sewing, gardening, reading, and spending time with my pets.

I am terrified of snakes, but I can shoot one.
